Test for quality control:
1.Heat test: put the glass lid into oven at 200 °C for 60 minutes, remove
immediately into water at room's temperature , the lid should not be
broken or cracked.
2.Impact resistance test: drop the 225g ball from the height of 1.5 meter in free fall
and impact on the lid at 1/3 radius, so after three times, damage or cracks are not allowed.
3.Pressure test:use 120 grit abrasive paper scraping on the back side of the lid for 15 times, then check after 24 hours,the lid should not be broken or cracked.and impact on the lid at 1/3 radius, so after three times, damage or cracks are not allowed.
4.Dishwasher test: washed by the dishwasher for 50 times, the lid should not turn to be yellow or dark, and without loosing and deformation on the stainless steel rim.
